Hi all,

Special thanks to Francois Servant and Alessandra Ceresa for a super-special second milonga. It was an overwhelming success with great energy and vibrant crowds! Thank you again Francois Servant and Sandra..

The next Milonga will take occur on Wednesday, October 8th at Rumbar, 26 Hauz Khas Village, 8:00 PM onwards. Exciting F&B specials will be available. Please do come to dance some tango, check out the new bar, terrace restaurant and dancing area!

Please note, we will have a Guided Practica between 8:00 — 9:00 PM where you will be given feedback by expert dancer/s.. More details will follow over the course of next week.

We will have some really special guest/s visiting from out-of-town, so pleas.e come by, welcome them, have a drink, socialize away, make new friends and appreciate the music;)

The theme is Tropicana, so please wear your light summery outfits. Our goal is to match the authenticity of Buenos Aires with the old world charms of Havana!

We will have a Milonga next Wednesday, September 24th, 8:00 PM onwards at the newly refurbshed swanky Rumbar, 26 Hauz Khas Village. Exciting F&B specials will be available. Please do come to dance some tango, check out the new bar, terrace restaurant and dancing area! I believe they make several delicious cocktails, and will have specials for the Tango Dancers

We will also have some guests visiting from out-of-town, so please come by, welcome them, have a drink, socialize away, make new friends and appreciate the music;)

Hi all, it is that bittersweet time that comes around when we have to bid adieu to some of our friends from the Diplomatic corps as they get ready to take their talents/wanderlust to different locales. 2ToTango has planned a grand Tango/Retro/Jazz …evening on July 3rd which will be a farewell event to some of our friends from the Diplomatic community including Ramon Blecua from the Spanish embassy, Anneli Catanzaro from Finland and few others.

In addition to Tango, we will play other up-tempo fare including Retro, Cha-Cha, Merengue, Rumba, Jazz etc.

2ToTango returns with s Special ArgentineTango Evening at Moonshine Café and Bar, May 26th

We are back with our hopefully soon to be legendary event on Monday, May 26th. The location is the new sparkling addition to the Hauz Khas Village scene, Moonshine Café and Bar from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

The evening will have fantastic argentine tango music as always, which is our core, but we will also mix …it with other up-tempo high energy music (Jazz, Retro and maybe some Cha-Cha/Rumba and Merengue) as usual.

What else do we have in store for you this event?

•Swanky floor, and great seating areas
•Designated smoking areas which overlook the lake and the monuments of the village
•Special tango platter
•Happy hours on drinks till 9:45 PM on domestic and imported liquor (1+1 specials). Special deal for us.
•Great music as always. More details will follow on the theme
•We will celebrate Katherine and Jacob, our favourite American couple as they get ready to leave Delhi. I would urge one and all to come by and wish them well.
•We will celebrate some May Birthdays…This will be fun. I am not going to reveal whose birthday/s we are celebrating, but the occasion will be worth it
•Newly designed playlist, and a radical way of looking at the Cortinas – (The bridge between tango sets)
•100+ roses rather than the 50+ we had last time. I am still working on why 100, but think I am onto something:)
•Champagne toast

We got some great feedback from the last event, and you know what? We decided we will have a second event in April! The next epic 2ToTango event will take place on Tuesday, April 29th. The event will take place in the new sparkling addition to the Hauz Khas Village scene, Moonshine Café and Bar from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

The evening will have tango music, but we will also mix it with other up-tempo high energy music (Jazz, Retro etc) as usual.

WEEKLY ROOFTOP MILONGA IN NEW DELHI (Argentine Tango Social)

This is an open air milonga hosted by Cornelia to be held every Saturday afternoon, weather permitting. All tangueros are welcome. 2ToTango is very pleased to announce the Tango/Retro/Jazz evening returns once again after the success of our previous event. Please get ready for a fun social evening at Le Bistro Du Parc on Tuesday, March 25th, 8:00 PM onwards. The evening will have tango music, but we will also mix it with other up-tempo h…igh energy music (Jazz, Retro etc).

In addition, we @ 2ToTango are going to celebrate the march birthdays of some of our favourite tangueros/tangueras, and also give out the newly instituted monthly awards. The event leadership team had a hard time in coming up with the winners!, but fair to say we feel we have nailed it. Very exciting prizes and a fun celebration, so please do come by for the birthday dances and to celebrate some of our fellow dancers.

This time, you will hear a distinct Jazz theme through the evening. So we will have fun with dancing, socializing and more importantly making new friends. This is a part of our Delhi Tango Evening series to try new places with new themes, and to continue to energize the tango scene…
